GPAT 2017 PATTERN
GRADUATE PHARMACY APTITUDE TEST (GPAT) came as a replacement to GATE (Pharmacy) in year 2010. This a national level Masters in Pharmacy (M.Phrama) entrance exam was initially conducted by MS University, Baroda on behalf of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) . After 2013 AICTE itself has been conducting the test every year as per the directions of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India.

The GPAT score is accepted by all AICTE-Approved Institutions/University Departments/Constituent Colleges/Affiliated Colleges. A few scholarships and other financial assistance in the field of Pharmacy are also given on the basis of the GPAT score.
GPAT Admission Process 2017
GPAT Score 2017 can be employed to get admission in a number of colleges offering Masters in Pharmacy (M.Phrama) programme across India for the academic session 2017-19. Important dates and data includes:

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree holders in Pharmacy (4 years after 10+2, including lateral entry candidates) and those who are in the final year of B. Pharmacy course ONLY are eligible for appearing in GPAT 2017 Examination. [B. Pharmacy 1st year to 3rd year students are NOT ELIGIBLE to appear in GPAT 2017 Examination.]
GPAT 2017 Registration process
The Registration process for the GPAT is divided into three steps which are mentioned below:
Self Registration:
This step will contain the registration done by candidates on official gpat aicte website. Here the candidate is required create a login account and fill all the details in the registration form. Candidate must ensure that all the details filled by him are correct as details once submitted can not be changed. Keep your login ID and 6 digit password for the future login.
First time you will enter as NEW USER. Read the instructions carefully, accept the declaration and proceed. Now you need to do Self Registration. Here the candidate is required fill all the details in the registration form. Candidate must ensure that all the details filled by him are correct as details once submitted can not be changed. After submitting the form, the candidate will get a 6 digit password on your phone/email. This login ID and password should be kept safe for the future login. Next time when the candidate comes to the website, he will enter as an EXISTING USER.
Payment Process:
After registration, the candidate has to make payment through online mode or cash mode in SBI bank. Online payment can be made via debit card, credit card or net banking. A confirmation mail or SMS follows every successful payment.
Candidates opting for cash payment mode will see the Challan on the screen. The challan is to be printed in triplicates and is to be deposited against your exam fee in any SBI branch.

After 48 hours of submission of fee, go back to the official gpat website and submit form.
Form Submission:
This is the final step, click on EXISTING USER on official GPAT website, login again with your account and fill the remaining part of the application form. Click on the view or modify button for reviewing before submission. Once you click the submit button, a message confirming your form submission will appear on the screen.
GPAT Admit Card 2017
As per the official GPAT website, the admit cards of GPAT 2017 would be available online by January 13. For downloading the admit card, candidate will have to fill his application form number and date of birth/password. Applicants should check the personal details, exam date, exam timing and test venue from the GPAT hall ticket. GPAT Result 2017
As per the AICTE GPAT official website, the result of GPAT 2017 would be declared by 10th February 2017. The result will be announced on the website: www.aicte-gpat.in. An all India Merit list will also be available on the website.
