Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with internal stakeholders in the organization – Sales and Marketing teams, Medical Affairs and Compliance team to facilitate Medical Education Program implementation efficiently
Undertake data analysis and reporting.
Continuously update knowledge of therapy areas, products, latest developments and best practices in Medical Education.
Triage and archive Medical Information Requests.

Manage and communicate with agencies to implement the programs effectively.
Establish network of agencies, associations in order to smoothly implement the Medical Education programs within the therapy area(s).
Participate in key medical meetings, symposia, and dialogue sessions.

Administrative Activities:
Allocate time appropriately to conduct responsibilities and tasks such as status reports, expense reports, medical education or grant proposals (online tool) and post event feedback summary.
Manage time and activities to correspond with the annual planning calendar.
Communicate routinely and effectively to ensure successful implementation of ME programs.

Candidate Profile :
Life Sciences Graduate Preferably Pharmacy Graduate.
Academic background with a scientific or marketing degree.
3 – 4 years working experience in Pharmaceutical Industry or related area.
Worked in environments with high adherence to Regulatory & Compliance requirements.
Key Skills:
Good communication skills.
Strong computer skills.
