Tasks:
# A person with competent, dynamic progressive experience, having focus in Zonal operations
# To conceptualize and execute strategies to achieve the Business goals of the region
# Organize and conduct CMEs, Camps and symposium for Doctors
# Identify talents and team development
# Field training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure results in sales operation.
# Conducting sales meetings to ensure smooth functioning of sales operation
# Tracking the competitors activities and managing the stockists and other channel partners
# To work as a profit centre

Qualification :
Essential: B.Pharm / MBA (Marketing) or equivalent
Experience:  Minimum 3yrs (for Manager) / 6 yrs (for Sr. Manager) experience in Pharmaceutical industry of which 2 yrs as second line management positions in pharma sales in any reputed organisation.

Age :  
40yrs (For Manager) / 45 yrs (For Senior Manager) as on 01/11/2016.

Consolidated pay range(For Fixed Term Contract engagement) : Rs. 30, 000 – 50, 000 per month (For Manager) / Rs. 35,000 – 65,000 per month (For Senior Manager)

Scale of Pay (For Regular appointment): Rs.20600 – 46500 (For Manager) / Rs.24900 – 50500 (For Senior Manager) Annual CTC (Non -metro) : Rs. 8.6 Lakhs (For Manager) / Rs.10.4 Lakhs (For Senior Manager) at the minimum of the scale.
