1) Teaching, research industrial and / or professional experience in a reputed organization;
2) Published work, such as research papers, patents filed / obtained, books and / or technical reports and

or Research Students or supervising R&D projects in industry.
4) Demonstrated leadership in planning and organizing academic, research, industrial and/or professional activities; and
5) Capacity to undertake/lead sponsored R&D, consultancy and related activities.

International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcome Research (ISPOR) – India Andhra Pradesh Regional Chapter
The ISPOR India – Andhra Pradesh Chapter was approved in June 14, 2012, established under the leadership of Dr. Y. Padmanabha Reddy (President – ISPOR India AP Chapter) comprising of 274 members. The Chapter focuses on developing a new approach of Pharmacy practice education from a regular curriculum wise teaching to an actual healthcare orientation / health outcome based training to maintain and improve patients quality of life and adhere to rationality use of medications. The chapter has organized one international conference and six national conferences within a span of 4 years which is well appreciated by all professional bodies of Pharmacy profession and ISPOR. The branch adages constant and novel contribution towards the evidence based learning, teaching, practice and research in pharmacy profession with global standards.

About the 8th National Symposium on Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research
The main aim of the conference is to provide a platform for learning innovations in pharmacovigilance to ensure drug safety in Clinical, Regulatory and Market point of view to achieve better possible outcomes and improve Quality of life. It also improves knowledge regarding impact of drug mediated ADR over health care costs, methods and technologies available to reduce economic burden due ADR and improve drug safety.

ISPOR – India Andhra Pradesh Chapter and RIPER takes immense pleasure in inviting abstracts for 8TH National Symposium on Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research of original research studies for Poster/Oral presentation in related disciplines of Pharmacy Practice and Patient care, Pharmacoeconomics and outcome research, Pharmacoepidemiology, Pharmacovigilance, vaccine safety, HRQOL, Drug utilization studies, Pharmacogenomics, Health Technology Assessment and Population Health. Best presentations will be awarded.

Guidelines for abstract preparation (Both oral and poster presentation)
*Prospective authors should submit the abstracts by 20 November. The abstracts of the paper should be limited to 250 words including keywords with line spacing 1.5. Abstracts for oral/poster presentation competition shall be mailed to isporap@gmail.com Corresponding author is to be marked with asterisk in superscript and complete address including Email ID should be provided. Title should be in upper case, bold Times new roman. Poster size is 0.95mX1.2 m. Abstracts of novel research work will be considered for Oral presentation, guidelines of oral presentations will be mailed to corresponding author after selection process. Roles and Responsibilities: 
• Oversight for implementation of Site Quality procedures for inspecting, testing and controlling raw or packing materials and assessing in-process and finished product to  ensure that all products conform to predetermined Pfizer Quality standards and Compendia Standards and Specifications. Provides or facilitates technical assistance to plant  operations and third party customers.
•   Monitors, audits and approves facilities and manufacturing operations for conformance with established procedures and requirements of the Pfizer and cGMPs. Provides interface between Pfizer and ZHOPL and facilitates investigation of product complaints and to improve customer service/product performance .
•  Ensures maintenance of required records and documents, including tests results, inspections, file samples, supplier performance, product complaints, and product      disposition, local and international regulations.
•  Review and approval of Validation and Qualification protocols and reports as required
•  Reviews and approves the change management requests as required and sits on change control committee.
•  Supports response to field alerts, drug product recalls and returned drug products .
•Reviews and approval of significant non-conformances (Incidents, Deviations, OOS, and  EIR etc.)
• Provides Quality support for Pfizer products and Supports GE (Geographic Expansion)    projects as required.
•     Supports technology transfers from other Pfizer R&D and manufacturing sites.
• Perform GAP assessment for site procedures with the Pfizer Quality standards.
•   Responsible for developing and managing the Supplier Quality to support the Joint venture function.
• Responsible to liase with SMEs and key contacts from Pfizer centre and other Pfizer sites.
• Collaborating with different groups of Joint venture and other Pfizer sites as appropriate   and needed to meet the company and business objectives.
• Responsible for taking sessions related to trainings on the Pfizer process, liasing with cross functional teams on projects etc.
